Joan Rogliano ~ Board Chair ~ A Realtor for 25 years, Joan is the broker owner of Rogliano Real Estate Group. As a Divorce Real Estate Specialist, many of her clients are experiencing the transitions of divorce or widowhood. She founded the Wildflower Women’s Foundation in 2010 to address the overwhelming needs of these families.
Toni Oakes Sexton ~ Secretary ~ Toni has been actively involved with the Wildflower Women’s Foundation since its conception. She is a founding board member, the secretary for the board and the mentorship chairperson. She is deeply committed to the mission of the foundation and helping women through the transition of divorce and widowhood.
Rhonda Sinnema ~ Treasurer ~ Rhonda is the owner of RMS Resource Management Services, a tax preparation, accounting and consulting business. As a former wildflower and single parent, she understands the need for encouragement and comradeship of others in similar situations. Rhonda feels support of the Foundation’s mission fits with her interests in women’s issues and self-sufficiency.
Dottie Ricketson ~ Dottie joined the Wildflower Women’s Foundation Board of Directors after volunteering as a the Publicity Chairperson for the 2nd Annual Fundraising Event.
Dottie’s current passion and profession as a relationship coach are very closely tied to her work with the Wildflower Women’s Foundation. She dedicates her time to helping women through difficult times, whether they are just going through a divorce or widowhood, and she empowers them to create the life they desire.
Tim Smith ~ Tim is a licensed Colorado Mortgage Banker who advises clients at all levels of expertise and experience when buying or refinancing a home. Additionally, he has many years experience working within Divorce Law advising and assisting Divorce Attorneys, Mediators and their clients. He is one of the founding Board members of the Wildflower Women’s Foundation.
Jennifer Vagher ~ Jennifer is an Executive Vice President at FirstBank. She has been with the company for over 18 years. Jennifer is excited to be a part of the Board of Directors and is optimistic about the continual growth of the Foundation.
